Re:Center Ministries Outreach Lunch, February

Today’s community outreach meal had a few new things: Beef and mushroom stroganoff, oven-baked new potatoes with parsley and parmesan cheese, bacon-wrapped green beans, served with a repeat item, buttery, garlicky herb biscuits. We even got repeat requests for the stroganoff! And the bacon-wrapped green beans and biscuits were extra special hits. I didn’t have time to make the cookies this time, but I’m still very grateful for God for allowing us to be a blessing.
The Re:Center Ministries Louisville Campus is in the process of relocating to a new facility within the next few weeks. They are looking for folks to sign up for dinner meal service while they are housing guests at the temporary location. I will find out more details, but this sounds like another great opportunity to be of service.
